Programming For Students By Students!

The Student Activities Board, known as SAB, is responsible for providing fun & entertaining programs for all students on Northwestern State University's Natchitoches, Leesville, and Alexandria campuses. SAB hosts several events each semester ranging from coffee houses, student game shows, concerts, carnivals, and much more.

Organization Info:

SAB is comprised of thirty students; five executive officers, five committee heads, and twenty Representatives-at-Large elected by the student body. SAB uses a committee system to plan, advertise and implement events for the entire campus. Any student may join a committee and assist in planning events for SAB. Click the "ABOUT" tab above for more information on committees. SAB meets bi-weekly on Mondays and Wednesdays at 5 p.m. in room 321 of the Student Union. Wednesday meetings are open to the student body. The SAB office is located in Room 232 of the Student Union.
